Think about how you feel about children engaging in risky play. Or how you feel about risk taking when you’re out playing and adventuring on the land yourself. Imagine the far right end of this line is, “I’m so comfortable! I’m the one with the risk-taking ideas and I’m comfortable being that person!” Imagine the far left of that line is, “I’m generally super cautious both with myself and my children. I don’t like to take risks. I’m not willing to support risky choices. This is the way I feel most comfortable and safe.” Now, move your flag to indicate where you are on that risk spectrum.
Great! We’ll remember that and come back to it later.
